Parents of dead border guards arrived at 'Arkankergen'

USHARAL. July 27. KAZINFORM According to acting Director of Border Service of the Kazakh National Security Committee T. Stambekov, parents of dead frontiersmen of the Arkankergen border post will be taken to the scene of the tragedy by four helicopters today.
The parents of the dead border guards plan to go to the place of the accident for remembrance.
Then, relatives will participate in a memorial stone laying ceremony. A memorial dinner will be organized upon completion of the activities in the mountains in the unit number 2484BS NSC, Usharal.
The tragedy occurred on May 30. Border detachment found burned building of border post "Arkankergen", where in summer were serving 15 border guards. The remains of 14 soldiers and one hunter were found at the scene. To date only eleven frontiersmen identities are established. The only survivor Vladislav Chelakh took the blame upon himself. According to investigators, the crime was allegedly committed in state of emotion because of internal conflicts.
