Over KZT 2 bln for financing of culture, sport and tourism: Zhambyl region

ZHAMBYL REGION. January 9. KAZINFORM. /Galina Skripnik/ KZT 2.2 bln from the regional budget 2009, approved at the session of the regional maslikhat, is provided for expenses of the functional group ?Culture, Sport, Tourism and Information Space?; Kazinform refers to the press service of akim (governor) of Zhambyl region.
KZT 135.3 mln will be allocated for the construction of four open and two indoor tennis-courts started in Taraz in 2008.
KZT 182.5 mln will be invested in conduct of state information policy through mass media. KZT 48.4 mln from the regional budget will be allotted to the development of the state and other languages of the people of Kazakhstan.
The regional program in the sphere of youth policy will be financed with KZT 65.6 mln.
