Over 3,500 left without power in Karaganda region

Over 3,500 consumers were left without electricity since night in the town of Shakhtinsk as snowstorms gripped Karaganda region, Kazinform News Agency reports.
Five feeders at two electric power substations went out of service causing power outages in Shakhtinsk town, and Dolinka and Shakhan villages.
Four crews are deployed to restore power.
