Our relationship with Kazakhstan will only grow - Czech President
Vaclav Klaus said that the Czech Republic considers Kazakhstan as an important partner on a range of issues.
"Many times we met with the President of Kazakhstan at various international meetings. The last time we had the opportunity to meet in London this summer at the Olympics. The last bilateral talks were held during my visit to Kazakhstan in 2004, and this is time to continue them. Kazakhstan is our important partner on a range of issues, and we are interested in continuing our cooperation, " said President Klaus.
"We place more emphasis on the development of economic relations which are growing but still have the potential to grow," added the Czech President. He also said this visit is a good opportunity to give a new impetus to relations between the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan.
"We consider Kazakhstan a dynamically growing, stable country. I am confident that our relationship will only grow," Vaclav Klaus said at a briefing at his residence, Prague Castle.
