"19 years ago our people adopted the Basic Law at the nationwide referendum that proclaimed Kazakhstan a secular, legal and unitary state. People's unity, public and spiritual consent, political stability as foundations of the constitutional system develop extrinsic values of our society. Constitution lays the foundation for high economic growth and welfare gain on the way of stable development of the state and society. Our Constitution is a strong basis for realization of Strategy 2050 goals and tasks to enter the top 30 mode developed states of the world.
