OSCE co-organizes a local self-governance panel discussion at the VII Astana Economic Forum

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Ministry of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, OSCE Centre in Astana, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kazakhstan organize a panel discussion on the public participation in the local budget process on May 21 in Astana.
The event will be mainly focused on the local budget as an indispensable element of local self-governance development, public participation in the budget formation and expenditure as well as learning best practices of local self-governance in Poland and Great Britain. The panel session will be attended by the representatives of state bodies, academia, non-governmental and international organizations, the OSCE Centre in Astana said.
