OSCE activity on ensuring stability and security is based on process of dialog and coop - A.Keltchewsky

Head of the OSCE Centre in Astana Alexandre Keltchewsky has said it at the international seminar on «Combating illicit trafficking of small arms and light weapons in Central Asia» in Almaty.

"Over the last time there were reached some success in this activity, but despite this, much remains to be done. Constructive exchange of opinions and experience, help and mutual support of states are very important", A.Keltchewsky said.

"We expect that in the course of this meeting the participants will have the opportunity to discuss their national experience in preventing illicit trade in small arms and light weapons and define main obstacles for fulfillment of international obligations", A.Keltchewsky noted.
