Organizational structures of 'Samruk -Kazyna' companies will change drastically - Shukeev

STANA. November 25. KAZINFORM - Head of "National Welfare Fund (NWF) "Samruk- Kazyna" JSC Umirzak Shukeev met with the independent directors of the Fund. This is being reported by the press service of national holding. "Building an effective board of directors is one of our key objectives for 2014. This initiative will be under our constant supervision", said the head of the institution.
Also other important new initiatives for 2014, as noted U.Shukeev, will include upgrading information technology, investment companies, risk management and financial management.
"The year 2014 should be a year of breakthrough projects and improved outcomes", said the head of "Samruk -Kazyna" .
Mr.Shukeev also said that before the end of 2013 the organizational structure of management companies of "KazMunaiGas" and the central office of 'Samruk-Kazyna' would change drastically.
According to him, these changes will occur just before the new coming year. "There will certainly be a job cut. Some posts will be abolished, as well as some extra structures", concluded Mr.Shukeev.
