Organizational issues of OSCE Summit discussed in Vienna

ASTANA. September 29. KAZINFORM The Kazakh delegation has organized a presentation on organizational and logistical issues of the upcoming OSCE Summit which is scheduled to be held in Astana on December 1-2 for members of the OSCE Permanent Council; the Kazakh MFA's press service reports.
Head of the Task Force of the Kazakh chairmanship, Executive Secretary of the OSCE Summit Serzhan Abdykarimov made a main report. Representatives of the Executive Secretariat of the Summit informed of preparation for the event and coordinated aspects of the work with delegations of the participant states, partners and international organizations.
There was held an exchange of opinions on practical issues of stay in Astana of high guests, accompanying persons, security and mass media. In particular, the issues of accreditation, meetings, accommodation, ensuring security, were discussed.
