PARIS. June 10. KAZINFORM French police detain CEO of telecom company Orange in case linked to IMF chief Christine Lagarde. Stéphane Richard, CEO of French telecom company Orange, has been detained by police in connection with a judicial investigation into a controversial payout made to French businessman Bernard Tapie. Richard was at the time chief of staff to then-finance minister Christine Lagarde, who today heads the IMF.
