On New Year's Eve Bolashakers organize charity event in England

ASTANA. December 28. KAZINFORM - On the Eve of the New "Bolashak" scholars from the University of East England (Britain, Norwich city) have held a charity event to help Filipino children suffered from the typhoon.
According to Kanat Auesbay, the scholar, the students have cooked the Kazakh traditional dishes and sold them at the university.
Visitors were able to appreciate the hospitality of the hosts. There was laid a holiday table with baursaks, samsa, pancakes, cakes and different kinds of pastries. Foreign students, teachers and the university staff pleased to support the organizers.
The campaign has collected over 200 pounds (KZT 48,000). Cash assets were transferred to the special account of the fund for the children of Philippines.
