Old anti-tank mine found in Temirtau

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Yesterday in the town of Temirtau, Karaganda region, during excavation works a dozer ran over an old anti-tank mine, "Noviy Vestik" newspaper informs.
Firefighters, emergency service officers, and police immediately arrived at the scene and cordoned off the territory. Head of the Emergency Department told reporters that the mine was without a firing mechanism. The dangerous discovery was sent for recycling.
