Oil refineries of Kazakhstan to reduce volume of oil processing in 2015

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstani oil refineries will reduce the volume of processing in 2015, Deputy Director General for Marketing for "KazMunaiGas - Processing and Marketing" JSC Yerlan Koibagarov said at the roundtable dedicated to the oil and gas situation.
"The first two months led to the fact that we reapproved our plan: we processed 14 mln 300 thousand tons this year of 15 mln tons planned. I mean we did not process 700 thousand tons in two months," he noted.
According to him, the money that was not received in those two months could be spent on modernization of oil refineries. "It all results in losses of money and we need money for modernization," he added.
