ASTANA. January 22. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ "There is not enough Kazakhstani specialists in the management of oil companies", Kazakh President N.Nazarbayev has said today at the Governmental session in Akorda.

According to him, today geologists instead of oil workers are engaged in oil production. Big foreign oil companies don't have Kazakhstanis among top-managers though there are good specialists in Kazakhstan.
The President stressed that the issues of import substitution could be successfully solved in case of presence of Kazakh specialists in the management of oil companies and big plants.
"The companies don't train our managers working in Kazakhstan. You should pay attention to it", the President said addressing the members of the Government.
