Nursultan Nazarbayev and Nicolas Sarkozy start talks at Elysee Palace

RIS. September 19. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of the French Republic Nicolas Sarkozy have started talks at the Elysee Palace in France.
The Joint Declaration of the Presidents of Kazakhstan and France will be signed at the end of the negotiations.
