Nursultan Nazarbayev and Islam Karimov to hold meeting in Akorda

Nursultan Nazarbayev and Islam Karimov will hold a meeting in Akorda today. Kazakhstan's President and his Uzbek counterpart will discuss further development of fruitful Uzbek-Kazakh cooperation in political, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other fields. Heads of states will also exchange views on topical issues of regional and international levels. As Kazinform previously reported, over the first 9 months of 2014 trade turnover between the two countries amounted to $1 545.2 million.
