Nurly Zhol program to employ more than 200,000 people

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Nurly Zhol program will employ more than 200.000 people, this has been announced at today's briefing in CCS by Akhan Bijanov, deputy of the Senate, the member of the Committee for socio-cultural development and science of the upper chamber of Parliament.

"Our government is taking active measures to prevent the growth of unemployment. In accordance with Nurly Zhol program we plan the formation of a modern transport and logistics infrastructure. The program will help to solve a number of problems of transport and logistics, production of metals, cement, building materials. In addition the project will create new jobs for about 20.000 people," he said. The deputy reported that within 2010-2014 there have been employed more than 260,000 citizens of Kazakhstan under "Employment-2020" program. In conclusion the senator informed that this year more than 75 objects along the line of industrialization will be constructed in Kazakhstan. These new projects will employ 7.5-8 thousand people of the country.
