Nur-Sultan-Pavlodar highway closed for bad weather

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM – A road linking the Kazakh capital with the city of Pavlodar has been closed for bad weather, Kazinform reports.
The Nur-Sultan-Pavlodar highway was shut down earlier this morning due to gusty wind, blizzard and poor visibility for all types of transport.
