Nur Otan became the prime force to spur socioeconomic development of Kazakhstan, Hu Jintao

"Under the leadership of Nursultan Nazarbayev the Nur Otan People's Democratic Party of Kazakhstan has become the prime force that spurred the country's socioeconomic development, won wide public support and confidence," the message sent by Chinese President Hu Jintao reads.

"We are confident that Nur Otan will definitely achieve greater success in attaining power and prosperity and people's wellbeing. Over the past 20 years since the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and China, the relations between the countries regardless of changes in the public situation have consistently preserved the trend of sound and dynamic development. The Communist Party of China and the Government that always considered the Sino-Kazakh ties as one of the foreign policy priorities will further support the paths of development, domestic and foreign policies of Kazakhstan, favour the country's role in international and regional affairs," the message reads.
