Number of unemployed in West Kazakhstan oblast reduced by 32.2%

URALSK. January 19. KAZINFORM /Yelzhan Yeraly/ As of January 1, 2010 the number of unemployed in West Kazakhstan oblast reached 2,043 people that is 32.2% lower against the same period of 2009.
1,665 unemployed were registered in rural districts that is 23.3% lower against the last year's index. Herein, unemployed women made 63.2% from the total number of unemployed that is 23.3% lower than last year.
Last year 23,990 people applied for job placements. 2,113 people were sent for advanced training whereas 8,566 people were given social jobs.
