ASTANA. May 10. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ "Not a Kazakhstanis, as earlier reported, but a Russian Federation citizen was shot dead in Nice, France," an official spokesman of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry reports.
"Abdulla Arstankayev is a citizen of the Russian Federation. The 56-year-old man was the native of Taraz city."
