Norway has big expectations for Kazakhstan's chairmanship in OSCE - ex-PM

ASTANA. July 1. KAZINFORM. /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has received ex-Prime Minister of Norway Kjell Bondevik today.
The parties discussed the issues of holding of the III Congress of World and Traditional Religions' Leaders and chairmanship of Kazakhstan in the OSCE. "We have big expectations for Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the organization. Kazakhstan represents a good example of cooperation and development in the sphere of protection of human rights and freedoms", K. Bondevik said.
He also noted similar positions of Norway and Kazakhstan on many issues, particularly nonproliferation of nuclear weapons, oil resources, use of Norway's' experience in creation of the national fund.
