North Kazakhstan region to have full access to safe water after 2013-end

Abishev visited water supply facilities of the region and took part in a meeting on the issues of providing safe drinking water.
Akim of North Kazakhstan region Serik Bilyalov reported that last year under the state program "Ak Bulak" KZT 5.5 billion was spent to ensure water supply to the localities. As a result, the drinking water supply was ensured to 10 localities and improved in 5 localities, with total population coverage of more than 45 thousand people.
This year KZT 6.6 billion is allocated for the construction and repair of 17 water supply facilities, water delivery to 14 villages and improvement of water supply in 6 villages, with total coverage of more than 30 thousand people.
Islam Abishev said that by the end of 2013 North Kazakhstan region will have full access to safe drinking water.
