Non-governmental sector can render services provided by state more effectively

ASTANA. January 22. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ Many social services rendered by the state the non-governmental sector can render more qualitatively, cheaper and effectively; Deputy of the Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament Murat Abenov has said it today.
According to him, new amendments to legislation on state social order presuppose access of the non-governmental sector to participation in formation of the state social order.
Another main purpose of the amendments is an exact definition what NGO is, what purposes it has, whether it has a commercial interest or not.
"It is very important to determine that a non-governmental organization is an equal partner of the state in rendering social services. Population needs effective work of NGO", M. Abenov noted.
