Nobel Prize laureate Nouriel Roubini to attend VII int'l conference on risk management in Almaty

ALMATY. February 10. KAZINFORM /Sara Mustafina/ American professor of economics, Nobel Prize laureate Nouriel Roubini will visit Kazakhstan this spring.
He is invited to attend the VII international conference on risk management which will be held in Almaty on April 14-15. Eurasia Insurance Company which organizes the event told Kazinform Agency.
The New York Times called Roubini 'a prophet' after his prognosis outlook on the crisis of the U.S. economy issued in the prosperous 2006 has come true with amazing accuracy in 2007. Earlier, in 1990 his forecast on collapse of emerging economies has also come true. According to Forbes, nowadays N.Roubini is the most influential economist in the world.
