No property legalization in nearest future for Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - There will be no legalization of property in Kazakhstan, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev told at the enlarged sitting of the Government of Kazakhstan.
"We are providing an opportunity to legalize property before the introduction of the income and expenditure declaration," N. Nazarbayev said.
The Head of State ordered Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Sultanov to amend the Law "On amnesty of the citizens of Kazakhstan, repatriates and people with residence permits due to legalization of property", and reduce the term of the property legalization process from 5 to 3 years.
The president also called on people to use an opportunity and legalize their property. He also assured that there would be no prosecution from the state regarding the matter.
