Most parts of Kazakhstan will brace for weather without precipitation on November 23 due to a vast anti-cyclone moving through the territory of the country, Kazinform News Agency reports citing Kazhydromet.
Fog is predicted countrywide.
Western, southern and eastern areas will experience windy conditions.
Black ice is forecast in mountainous districts of the country’s southeast.
