Nineteen feared dead in Nepal plane crash

KATHMANDU. September 28. KAZINFORM A plane has crashed in the capital of Nepal, and all 19 people on board are believed to have been killed, British media reported on Friday.

The Sita Air domestic airline-operated aircraft fell minutes after takeoff from Kathmandu. The plane was carrying trekkers to the Everest region. There were 16 passengers and three crew on board the twin-engine prop aircraft, RIA Novosti reports.

In May, 15 people died as a plane crashed when trying to land at an airport in Nepal's north.
