New web-portal for Kazakh language study to be launched this year

ASTANA. July 10. KAZINFORM Free web-portal Qazaqsha Online for study of the Kazakh language will be launched this year.
The project is being developed by the State Language Development Fund with the support of the Fund of the First President of Kazakhstan and Samsung Electronics Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
"The new online resource will be available 24/7," Director of the State Language Development Fund Azat Shaueyev told a press conference Wednesday. The training program, according to the developers, will allow to master the Kazakh language quickly and effectively. The web-portal is to develop listening, reading, writing and speaking abilities of the users.
"The portal is a unique mix of effective study materials and multimedia options," added Mr. Shaueyev.
The new website is expected to begin its work until 31 December 2013.
