New vice chairpersons of Kazakhstan People's Assembly appointed

ASTANA. October 20. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ President of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has appointed new vice chairpersons of the Assembly.
"The Council of Assembly has submitted a proposition to appoint Yury Timoshchenko (President of the Union of Kazakhstan Ukrainians) and Akhmetzhan Shardinov (Chairman of the Republican Cultural Centre of Uyghurs public association) vice chairpersons of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan", the President said at the 16th session of the People's Assembly of Kazakhstan.
"Both candidacies have been approved, and an appropriate decree will be signed", the Head of State added.
