New rector of East Kazakhstan State Technical University named

The new rector was introduced to the staff of the university by Sayat Nyussupov, the chairman of the Committee for control in the sphere of education and science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The appointment was made in accordance with the decree of Minister of Education and Science Aslan Sarinzhipov. Mr. Shaimardanov boasts extensive experience in the sphere of education and science. Throughout his professional career, he was the rector of the Pavlodar State Pedagogic Institute and the director of the department for control in the sphere of education in Pavlodar region. Prior to the appointment, he served as director of the Department of higher and postgraduate education and international cooperation of the ministry.
