New Nazarbayev Intellectual school opens doors in Pavlodar

"President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev noted in the "Kazakhstan-2050" Strategy that competitiveness of a country is based on the level of education," governor of the region Yerlan Aryn told the solemn opening ceremony. "I sincerely hope that the new Nazarbayev Intellectual school will become the best in the country thanks to its students - future winners of the republican and international olympiads, research competitions. They will contribute to Kazakhstan's prosperity. Hopefully, this school will become a regional scientific and educational center for all talented youngsters of the region," Mr. Aryn said.

According to the principal Daurkhan Pirmaganbetov, this year the new school will welcome 639 students who have been chosen from more than two thousands applicants.

The school has classrooms of Physics, Biology, Chemistry, a professional TV studio, greenhouses, libraries and a comfortable dormitory. Students will be taught in three languages - Kazakh, Russian and English. The building is equipped with the up-to-date computer systems, multimedia rooms, interactive white boards, high-speed Internet access, etc.
