New Kazakhstan-EU Agreement should contain strong humanitarian bloc - Vice Speaker of Majilis V.Bobrov

ASTANA. May 26. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ A new Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation between Kazakhstan and the European Union should contain a strong humanitarian bloc. Vice Speaker of the Kazakh Majilis Vladimir Bobrov has said it at the 9th session of the Committee of Parliamentary Cooperation «The Republic of Kazakhstan - The European Union».
"We are convinced that the new "Kazakhstan - the European Union" Agreement is needed and should be mutually beneficial. We suggest that the new Agreement should contain a strong humanitarian bloc which includes development of constructive partnership between Kazakhstan and the EU in ensuring peace, democracy, security and stability on the Eurasian space", V.Bobrov said.
He also noted that Kazakhstan is interested in cooperation with the EU in the field of civil defense and emergencies prevention.
