New houses built within State Program on Housing Construction

ASTANA. August 2. KAZINFORM 6 apartment houses were put into service on the 188th Street in Astana within the Housing Construction Program in the first half of 2012, according to Pm.kz.

According to the information of the tenant builder, the house No. 19/1 and 19/2 with the total area of floor space making 4.5 thousand sq meters each have 107 apartments and the houses No. 19/3 and 19/4 have 60 apartments. 70% of the apartment owners of the houses No. 19/1 and 19/2 have already moved in and the owners of the other two have received the keys and will move in the nearest future.

According to the information of the Agency, 637.8 thousand sq meters of housing was commissioned in January-June in the capital or 100.7% comparing with the same period of the previous year. Besides, the commissioning of individual housing made 29.1 thousand sq meters which is 20.4% more than in 2011.

Besides, 11 thousand sq meters of credit housing was commissioned in the first six months of 2012 within the framework of the State Program on Housing Construction for 2005-2007 and 44.4 thousand sq meters of credit housing within the State Program on Housing Construction for 2008-2010.
