New head of public procurements committee of Finance Ministry named

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - By decree of Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance Bakhyt Sultanov Kalilla Abdullayev has been appointed as the new chairman of the public procurements committee under the Ministry of Finance.
The ministry said in a statement that Mr. Abdullayev had taken charge of the role on July 3, 2014.
Born in Zhambyl region, Kalilla Abdullayev holds Bachelor's degrees from the Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry and the Dulati Taraz State University. He was previously the deputy governor of Mangystau region.
