New governor of Karaganda named

KARAGANDA. KAZINFORM Nurlan Aubakirov, 38, was appointed as governor of Karaganda city.
Earlier he acted as governor of Balkhash. Head of the region Nurmukhambet Abdibekov introduced him to the staff, the governor's press service said. As earlier reported, ex-governor of Karaganda Meyram Smagulov resigned voluntarily.
