New edition of Code of Kazakhstan on Administrative Violations to be discussed in Majilis

ASTANA. June 2. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ A workshop devoted to the discussion of the new edition of the Code of Kazakhstan on Administrative Violations will be held in the Majilis of the Kazakh Government tomorrow, Kazinform refers to the press service of the House.
Head of the OSCE Center in Astana Alexandre Keltchewsky, Director of the Legal Policy Research Centre Vera Tkachenko and Deputy Director of the Freedom House in Kazakhstan Ivaneta Dobichina will take part in the event organized by the Committee for legislation and judicial and legal reform.
Coordinator of the OSCE ODIHR on the issues of the rile of law in Central Asia Dmitry Nurumov, professor of the M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University Leonid Golovko, representative of the Center for Political and Legal Reforms Oleksander Banchuk are expected to deliver speeches at the workshop.
Recommendations will be elaborated upon the results of the negotiations.
