New bridge over Syrdarya River unveiled in Kyzylorda region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - A new bridge over the Syrdarya River has been unveiled in Kyzylorda region today. President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev participated in the unveiling ceremony via the nationwide teleconference themed New industrialization of Kazakhstan: 2014 results and implementation of the first five-year plan in Astana.
"The new bridge will link the left and the right banks of the river and ease communication between the population," said President Nazarbayev unveiling the bridge. The 2020-m long bridge was constructed using monolithic bridge technology that allows bridge construction to be stronger.
