New appointments at Kazakh Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's Minister of National Economy Yerbolat Dossayev has introduced the new chairman to the staff of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition.
Newly appointed head of the committee Serik Zhumangarin served as Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazinform has learnt from the ministry's press service. Former executive secretary of the Regional Development Ministry Arystan Kabikenov, former head of the Department on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition under the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning Azamat Maitiyev, former head of Integration Policy Department of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC Aliya Dzhumabayeva and former executive secretary of the Agency on Regulation of Natural Monopolies Rustam Akhmetov were designated as Mr. Zhumangarin's deputies.
