New appointments at Kazakh Agency for Communication and Information

Saken Sarsenov was appointed the first deputy chairman of the agency. Mr. Sarsenov previously held the office of the Vice Minister of Transport and Communications and he was in charge of developing e-government, communication and public service centers. Dmitriy Goloburda and Altai Abibullayev were also designated as the deputies. Mr. Goloburda earlier served as the first deputy director of "State Technical Service" Republican State Enterprise. As for Mr. Abibullayev, he was the official spokesperson of the Central Communications Service under the President of Kazakhstan.
