New air company Qazaq Air set up in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC has established a new subsidiary "Qazaq Air" JSC, Kazinform refers to the KASE's official website.
The subsidiary was established by the decision №02/15 of Management Board of the fund as of January 19, 2015. On January 30, 2015, the fund's Board of Directors made a decision to purchase 100% of Qazaq Air's shares provided there is consent of the Committee on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of competition of the Ministry of National Economy for establishment of the company. The company is headquartered in Astana.
