New Administrative Procedural Code to eliminate weighing role of state bodies in relations with opponents
"The Supreme Court proposed a number of measures on strengthening of judicial protection of the institutes of property. A part of these initiatives is reflected in the draft Civil Practice Act presented recently at the Parliament. In whole, adopting the new Civil Practice Act we confirm our willingness to reach restorative justice when the court and sides are striving for the maximum fair decisions demonstrating new level of work in the sphere. Besides, the Administrative Procedural Code is being developed. The new Code is called to regulate a principally new mechanism of settling public disputes," K. Mami said. According to him, this approach will allow to finally eliminate the weighing role of state bodies in the relations with the opponents.
