Necessary to form new concept of small and medium business development ? Akhmetov

ALMATY. May 25. KAZINFORM. /Dauren Zhailin/ ?Due to resetting of the economy towards the forced industrialization the issue of a new concept for small and medium business development came up?, Kazakh Vice Premier Serik Akhmetov has said at the National Business Forum-2009 spring in Almaty today.
The previous program on small and medium business development was completed in 2008. S. Akmetov suggested the National Business Forum and all associations joining the process of formation of the new concept. ?We should prepare new approaches in the format of relations between the state and business as well as prospects of development of Kazakhstan?s entrepreneurship?, he said.
?It is necessary to create an action group that could submit definite proposals for consideration of the Kazakh Government?, Mr. Akhmetov addressed the business community.
