Necessary to establish Center for Study of Turkic World and Turkic Academy: N.Nazarbayev

"The Turkic world is not already fully investigated. In this regard it is necessary to establish a center for study of the history and culture of Turkic people aimed at coordination of the educational work", N.Nazarbayev noted.

According to the Kazakh President, Center of Turkic History and Culture, Turkish Language Study Center, Turkic Library and Turkic Museum should be established within the Turkic Academy as well.

"This is our common duty. If all Turkic-speaking states support and assist, it will be possible to place this Academy in Turkestan sacred for all Turkic world or in Astana in order to provide convenience for visiting. The International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasavi successfully functions in Turkestan. Big scientific work can be conducted here. We must address this issue within the TUKSOI", the Head of the State said.
