ASTANA. March 3. KAZINFORM It is necessary to ensure monitoring and public control over elections. The President said it at the meeting with the members of the republican election campaign headquarters.
"Kazakhstan is an open country. Thanks to the presidency in the OSCE and the Summit of the Organization held in Astana we made new friends including presidents of countries. I charge the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to invite international organizations, parties and mass media to observe the elections ahead," the Head of State said.
