Necessary to develop Kyrgyzstan interstate assistance program: Nazarbayev

ASTANA. January 28. KAZINFORM /Muratbek Makulbekov/ It is necessary to develop and adopt a program of interstate assistance to Kyrgyzstan. President of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev said it in his annual Address to the Nation.
We initiate holding of the special Kyrgyzstan donor conference in Almaty. Earlier, I proposed the idea of signing the Caspian Sea stability pact. Kazakhstan will continue its efforts on settlement of conflicts started within the OSCE presidency. We remain the leader in the global nuclear security provision sphere. Kazakhstan suggests the UN to adopt universal declaration of the nuclear-free world", the President said.
