Nazarbayev told about changes in Foreign Investors Council under President of Kazakhstan

ANA. May 18. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev told about the changes that happened in the Foreign Investors Council (FIC) under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the 24th plenary sitting of the Council.

'I would like to tell you that we have new Council members: Pier Francesco Guarguaglini - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 'Finmeccanica Group', Frans Muller - CEO of METRO Cash & Carry International, Ferdinando Beccalli-Falco - President and Chief Executive Officer of 'General Electric' International.'

Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Kazykhanov, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Kairat Kelimbetov and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies Asylhan Serikov joined the Council as members from the Kazakh side.

Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia (SBER) German Gref and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pipe Metallurgical Company Dmitry Pumpyansky were given the statuses of observers.

The Head of State wished success to new members of the Council.
