Nazarbayev to reveal 100 steps towards implementation of key institutional reforms

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev is expected to talk about 100 steps required to implement 5 institutional reforms at the extended session of the Government which is on in the Akorda presidential residence.
"I have created the National Commission for Modernization and approved the regulations of its work. Work groups under the commission have been formed and heads of these work groups have been appointed. Now it is high time to get down to business," President Nazarbayev said at the session. The Kazakh leader also noted that the Government had already discussed these issues and stressed that after the snap presidential elections held on April 26 the ultimate goal was to implement the Kazakhstan-2050 Development Strategy and enter the world's 30 most competitive economies.
