Nazarbayev signs law aimed at enhancing role of Supreme Judicial Council

ASTANA. February 17. KAZINFORM Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law "On amendments to the Law "On the Supreme Judicial Council of Kazakhstan" and invalidation of some legislative acts of Kazakhstan," the Presidential press service said.
The document is aimed at enhancing the role of the Supreme Judicial Council and strengthening the guarantees of judicial independence.
