Nazarbayev regards Putin a leader who sincerely loves Russia

ASTANA-MOSCOW. October 7. KAZINFORM "Vladimir Putin is a leader who sincerely loves Russia," Nursultan Nazarbayev said when giving an interview to Russia's Channel 1 Voskrensoye Vremya program.
The Head of State congratulated the President of the Russian Federation on his 60th birthday wishing him health.
According to Nursultan Nazarbayev, Vladimir Putin is a man of his word.
